1-Footed Glute Bridges

This exercise is one of the greatest exercises to develop your gluteals, or buttocks muscles. Although squats and deadlifts are great, there's nothing to replace the body weight only version of hip extension. The glute development that you get from this exercise is great, and it is one of my personal favorites.
