Often we can get stuck in a particular pattern with our nutrition, and maybe we don't know why exactly something is happening. For example, you might be gaining weight, or have low-energy. In order to identify the root of the issue, sometimes it's helpful to track what you have been eating for several days. At this point you can get a great idea of what is happening and make corrections.
