Keep it simple. Start where you are, and take baby steps toward your goal. Don't compare yourself to anyone else and don't compare yourself to how fit you used to be.

Eventually you'll get to where you want to be, step-by-step.

You don't need to become an Olympic athlete to reach your goal of health and wellness. You just need to be honest with yourself about where you are now and take little baby steps every day.
