4-Step Progression

Steps to fitness: Step 1 is Pre-Core where we focus on alignment, step 2 is Core Balance where we focus on developing strength in the torso, step 3 is weights and cardio where we work on strengthening the muscles and lungs, step 4 is athletics where we get into sport-specific exercises.
