Abdominal with NO Crunches

One of the best ways to work the abdominal muscles is actually not by doing crunches. Anytime you get onto your hands and knees, and lift one arm or leg, your abs and obliques are forced to engage.

There are so many ways to progress this exercise, and it is definitely a staple in our personal training studio.
