Balanced Exercise

When exercising, it is so important to you Use proper form, which includes being symmetrical left and right. Your training will be limited by the weaker side. What that means is that if you have one side that is dominant, you need to slow down and lighten the load on that side so that the weaker side can catch up. For example, if you were doing a bicep curl, and your left arm is weaker than your right, you need to let the left arm dictate the speed of that bicep curl. Stay balanced, stay focused, and do the work out properly.
