Ball Bridge

One of the best exercises to do to open up your shoulders, is the Back Bridge. The problem is, most people cannot get into the Full Back Bridge without hurting themselves.

This modification is a great shoulder opener, and allows you to use the stability ball to help you in getting full spinal extension.

The Back Bridge improves posture, strengthens your back, and gives you more core strength and stability. It can also help decrease injuries as you increase ranges of motion.
