Best Muscle Building Strategy

This strategy is one of the best for building muscle and getting fit. It’s great for beginners, intermediate, and advanced weightlifters: pyramid sets. Great because they ensure three things:

1. You lift enough weight to get results
2. You don’t lift too much, because you progress to your top weight slowly
3. You do enough volume to stimulate muscle growth
