Flexibility vs. Range of Motion

It doesn't seem like there's a difference between flexibility and range of motion, but there is! Flexibility is not is controlled as range of motion.

Range of motion is about what you can actively control through your muscles and joints.

In this video, I demonstrate the difference between active flexibility and passive flexibility. Hopefully this helps you take one step closer to achieving your fitness goals safely, and without injuring yourself.
