Full Body Deep Squat

The squat is one of the best exercises to do. But can you get thoracic extension and shoulder mobility while you're doing it? A good challenge for sure! Have fun with this exercise.

If you can't do it, break it down into its parts. Do Goals Posts by themselves, then do a squat by itself.
