Hooklying Gluteal Contractions

Although it's very simple and basic, this exercise can be very powerful:
- to stabilize the hips
- to relax the lower back
- to reduce any postural rotation in the pelvis, spine, or shoulders

This is an Egoscue exercise, great back-to-basics exercise for the center of gravity.
