Hooklying Knee Pillow Squeezes

Simple, and very easy to do. This exercise helps to engage the inner thigh muscles to create balance in the upper leg, and to settle the hips into the floor. This is beneficial to:
- relax the back
- reduce or eliminate any postural rotation that may be in the hips, spine, or shoulders
- ease beginners into exercise by teaching them to engage specific muscles

I would recommend doing this daily for a week and see how it goes.
