1. Keep your back straight with good posture
2. Let your neck relax, just let your head sit softly in your hands
3. Pull your elbows way back, do not tug on the head or neck
4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together
5. The motion comes from your hips, not your abs. Imagine your trying to pull your knees toward your chest.
