The no pain no gain philosophy is so prevalent in Fitness. But does it work? In this video, I show you that there is a safer and saner way to work out. Pushing beyond your limits is not an effective long-term strategy, and it will definitely lead to injury. It maybe tomorrow, or it may be 10 years from now, but the injury is lurking around the corner if you push too hard. I know this is a hard pill to swallow because most people are not exercising enough or not hard enough to get results. So now I'm coming at you and saying that you have a possibility of overdoing it if you do too much. But the name of the game in the fitness world is steady progression. Anybody that you see who has a body that you want, or the results that you want, got there one small step at a time. You can do it. Just be patient and gentle with yourself.
