Posture

Posture is vitally important as a foundational step to any fitness program. It is the basis for which all other muscles work. If your posture is off, then every motion that you do will be compromised. Based on how your posture deviates from the ideal, that will tell you how imbalanced your muscles are. This test is so important, that in my personal training Studio this is one of the first assessments that we do. Posture tells us how the rest of your movements are going to carry out.
