Question 1: What benefits have you achieved at My Core Balance?

K: I feel stronger, and my body feels more relaxed all day long. I noticed I can lift things in a different way. I can lift them more correctly without even having to think about it.

N: I have achieved basically my fitness goals, which are to get stronger, conquer my chronic pain, and be able to be independent and be active again.

M: I, without a doubt, am more flexible and have less stiffness in the morning than I ever expected.

B: The main benefit that I've received is that I'm feeling better. And that's what's most important to me. I've been in a lot of pain for a long time. And the pain is subsiding, and that's what I'm really pleased about.

Question 2: What's the training plan like at My Core Balance?

M: It's unlike anything I've experienced. It seems so structured. There's a game plan. And what I've noticed is there's no injury or pain.

K: You can do everything you normally do in life so you can become more fit in a functional way. So you're not going to get injured. So you just get fitter and better.

B: My friends who know me know what I've been through and that I look and feel better. That I think speaks for itself.

B: The trainers are absolutely great, they're easy to work with, they know what they're doing, and I really like working with them.

N: The trainers are very knowledgeable, they know their anatomy, they know the Egoscue method through and through, and are very thorough.

K: The trainers are really knowledgeable and pay a lot of attention to detail in a way that I've never experienced before.

M: They're great. Respectful, patient, demanding, very knowledgeable.

Question 4: Any other comments about My Core Balance?

M: I've been really pleasantly surprised on the focus on balance of my body parts, I didn't realize I needed that. And the subtle and steady progress of the exercises themselves.
