Sidelying Arm Circles

What I feel the main benefit of this exercise is, is taking into account that the shoulder is meant to rotate in a circular manner. So if you have any types of shoulder pain, impingement, frozen shoulder, etc. this can potentially be a great exercise to open up ranges of motion that you previously did not have access to.
