Straight Leg Hip Twist

Very great abdominal and oblique exercise, with no equipment needed. This exercise works the hip flexor, Abs, and obliques. It also stretches the piriformis and hamstring.

Work your way up to this one, as it is slightly challenging for the beginner. Make sure that you have prepped your abdominals with other exercises before you get into this one. Also, after this exercise I would recommend doing cats and dogs, the yoga position.
