This is a great exercise to engage the back of the body while stretching the front of the body. This exercise works the glutes, hamstrings, back, shoulders, and triceps. This exercise works the glutes, hamstrings, back, shoulders, and triceps.

Simultaneously, it also stretches the front of the body: the quad’s, hip flexors, chest, and biceps.
