The Diet War That Keeps You Fat

Everyone loves a villain.
Carbs get blamed. Then fat gets blamed.
So people swing between extremes, overeat anyway, and wonder why nothing sticks.

That’s the game I quit when I went from this to this.

The anchor was never carbs or fat.
It was protein.

Set protein first, and everything else stops fighting you.
Hunger drops. Calories behave. Carbs and fats coexist.
Balance wins. Extremes lose.
