Diondre had an almost 10-year pro football career, which included three years in the NFL. His message is simple, yet profound: “You have to believe.” When you believe in something, it comes to you if you’re patient.
When he made it to the NFL, he was excited, but NOT surprised. He had been rehearsing this since he was 10. His driving force is his faith in God.
Ultimately, we all need to learn to let go of the past, and believe and act in the NOW!!
Diondre’s fitness advice is to start with the basics (body weight) so you don't get injured. Exercises such as squats, pushups, and walking.
If you lose the desire to exercise, you should ask yourself these important questions:
What is your reason for working out?
If you feel down, what's causing that?
Don't worry, don’t stress, and don’t put extra pressure on yourself.
Do your "work" like a kid would, without responsibility. You don't "have to" do it, you "want to" do it.
