If you go fully vegan, you might have what’s called a “healing crisis.”
Olivier had massive headaches the first week during his healing crisis.

To avoid a healing crisis, people should gradually reduce processed food each day.

If you need help, and “fall off the wagon,” remember that
no one is perfect
don't worry
stand up again
the problem is when you want to go as fast as possible… take your time.
